Rats and mice often share roofs with possums, or move in once a possum has left a gap open. They sound different: quick, light scurrying and gnawing rather than heavy thumps, often through the middle of the night. The crew we book looks for where the rodents are nesting and how they get inside. They check the roof space, kitchen, laundry, garage and the outside of the home, including gaps around pipes, vents and weep holes. Bait is placed in lockable stations or traps are set in spots away from children and pets. The gaps rodents are using are sealed at the same time.
